Cd4070 Quad Xor Gate IC

The CD4070 contains four independent Exclusive OR gates. The CD4070 provides the system designer with a means for the direct implementation of the Exclusive-OR. The CD4070 employs complementary MOS (CMOS) transistors to achieve wide power supply operating range, low power consumption, and high noise margin, the CD4070 Exclusive OR provide basic functions used in the implementation of digital integrated circuit systems. All inputs are protected from damage due to static discharge by diode clamps to VDD and VSS.
